Shipping

We use FedEx. (If the customer has a special package service company and wants to use it, we wrap and pack the product and they can pick up the product or products from our warehouses.)
Usually between 9 and 12 business days.
The shipment includes the insurance with charge to the client. - Special rate only up to 5 volumetric kilos. (This includes the wrapping and package box). - Any item that does not enter the special rate, postage, handling and insurance will let you know by email, so it is important that you provide us with your data, place of residence (zip code), telephone and email. - We will send you an email with the package track number, so that they can trace your packages. - The shipment will arrive home, in case the carrier service cannot take it, we will let you know so that it can be picked up at the nearest office to your address.

Tax & Payment

Payments will be received by PayPal, debit and major credit cards You can make your payments directly with your credit card from the shopping cart, sorry, but we don´t take American Express credit cards.
You’ll receive a notification email that the payment has been made. We’ll send an email of the date of shipment of the package and the tracking number after we deliver the package to the company of delivery.
Our prices are in Mexican pesos. Taxes are included in the price. Any tax or extra charge that your country of origin asks the client is responsible for them.

Returns & Cancellation

The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the products returned minus the cost of the return service. Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, THE COMPANY will also reimburse the customer for the corresponding shipping costs. Returns and partial cancellations will give rise to partial refunds. THE COMPANY will manage the return order under the same system that was used for payment within 3 days from the confirmation of arrival to the store of the returned order. The application of the refund on the account or card of the Client will depend on the card and the issuing entity. THE COMPANY accepts cancellations of orders when they are requested before the shipment of the same. To cancel the requests in the form "Customer service" by sending an e-mail to info@tierrahuichol.com To know more about the cancellations can read our section in "Terms and conditions".
